Planning an event?

All events must be submitted to the Campus Event Planning System, or CEPS, and approved before they are visible on the calendar.

All events must be sponsored and submitted by a university unit, department, office, organization or venue (AU USERID AND LOCALIST ACCOUNT REQUIRED). Click on the “How to create an account” button to set up a Localist account. Those with an Auburn user ID and Localist account should then click the “Submit an event” button to begin the process of entering an event into CEPS for review.

Computer Science and Arts for All-Sr. Hybrid Camp

This program is a combination of an online and an on-campus project where students will learn about the basics of robotics, programming and music composition.

Curriculum includes:

(1) Computer Science concepts and skills using Scratch music-related games.

(2) Music-based storytelling using existing videos to teach melody, rhythm patterns.

(3) Music programming using EarSketch.

(4) How to compose specific rhythm patterns and melody patterns using EarSketch.

(5) Social robots and the features of Lego Ev3 robots.

(6) How to synchronize social robots with musical composition. 

(7) Opportunity for student presentation in a dancing robot competition.
