We will have a few tables set out with varying items on each, in the effort to sell each item using a silent auction arrangement. People wanting to bid on any of the items will write down their name and contact information, and at the end of a certain time period, we will contact them to pay for and pick up their item. The event will be tabling on the concourse for those attending the A-Day weekend festivities in the hope that they purchase our items. We are a nonprofit student organization using the silent auction to support SAA members conducting humanitarian hearing health work in Guatemala.
