The event begins with attendees coming into the South Quad Parking deck. They will be greeted by octane officers and directed by barriers - which are being provided by parking services. Attendees will be asked to either check in using their mobile event pass if Auburn Students, or required to fill out a document with their name, license, and car type/tag in order to ensure a safe space is kept and the correct people can be held liable if needed. Once checked in cars will be parked in the normal spots and people will be allowed to roam around, talk, and look at the cars that are there. This event is open to the public and it's purpose is to unify the car, truck, and motorcycle community in an overall safe space. In order to bolster relationships and ensure safety we make it known that any reckless driving, revving, or overall misbehaving is not acceptable and they will be asked to leave.
