The Korean Cuisine class is a three-part program designed for anyone interested in learning about authentic Korean ingredients, hands-on cooking, and traditional dining experiences.

Session 1 ? Traditional Korean Ingredients & Lecture
Learn about Koreas foundational ingredients, including various jang (fermented pastes) such as doenjang, gochujang, and ganjang. This session is an interactive lecture where participants explore the history, characteristics, uses, and culinary significance of these ingredients. Participants will also have the opportunity to taste the different jang and experience their unique flavors.

Session 2 ? Hands-On Cooking Class
Put your knowledge into practice! Prepare and cook traditional Korean dishes under the guidance of an experienced chef. Participants will gain hands-on experience with techniques and flavor combinations that define Korean cuisine.

Session 3 ? Korean BBQ & Market Exploration
Experience Korean food beyond the classroom. Enjoy a meal at a Korean BBQ restaurant and then embark on a tour of a local Korean market. Explore fresh ingredients,
