Learn to cook tasty meals that support a healthy lifestyle! In this hands-on culinary class, Chef Ana Plana will share healthy cooking methods to make food with great flavor that happens to be good for you. Not just nutritious - it's delicious!

There will be two sessions available: lunch and dinner. Each class will accommodate 16 participants. Guests will receive aprons to wear while cooking. Please wear close-toed shoes, long sleeves and pants that are comfortable for being active in the kitchen. Please pull back long hair.
