Events students and Culinary students in the Global Gastronomy collaborate on teams to represent cuisine from around the world. Each team selects a country or region to represent with a food item paired with wine. Stations are set up throughout RCSC to serve the tastings for their selected country, and the station will have decor inspired by the country. Attendees will get their passport stamped as they travel in groups from country to country around the building.
