This is the annual Global Gastronomy event that showcases the students from the HOSP Global Gastronomy course and the Special Events course. This is a collaboration between the two groups and they put on an event in which the culinary students will prepare dishes from around the world. Each dish is paired with a wine. Guests visit multiple stations to learn about each of the countries and sample the food and wine. Tickets are $75 per person.
