This four-week, fully online intensive course is designed for emergency management
professionals and working adults responsible for creating and maintaining emergency
management plans for their local, tribal, or state entities. The course provides a structured,
step-by-step approach to developing a practical and compliant emergency management plan
that meets all regulatory standards and addresses the specific needs of each community.
Participants will be guided through the plan creation process, from risk assessment to strategic
planning, compliance, community engagement, and auditing procedures.
