https://aub.ie/auleadRegistration is now open for the next installment of the Auburn University Leadership Series. The quarterly series returns on Tuesday, October 31, led by Stan Harris, Harbert College of Business Professor Emeritus of Management.
In this half-day seminar, participants will learn how to have effective conversations about performance, behavioral, and other conflict problems. Using specific guidelines for preparing for and having difficult conversations, they will be better able to communicate honestly, empathetically, and respectfully to resolve problems and strengthen relationships.
An award–winning teacher, Harris taught leadership and management to over 15,000 students during his 36-year Auburn career and continues to teach incoming executive and physicians executive MBA students. He is an accomplished change management, leadership, and organizational culture scholar who works with diverse organizations to help evaluate and create effective strategies and plan, implement and manage change.
