Planning an event?

All events must be submitted to the Campus Event Planning System, or CEPS, and approved before they are visible on the calendar.

All events must be sponsored and submitted by a university unit, department, office, organization or venue (AU USERID AND LOCALIST ACCOUNT REQUIRED). Click on the “How to create an account” button to set up a Localist account. Those with an Auburn user ID and Localist account should then click the “Submit an event” button to begin the process of entering an event into CEPS for review.

75th Anniversary "7 for 75" Speaker Series Presents Rhett Johnson

Auburn University will host a virtual talk with Mr. Rhett Johnson, director emeritus of the Solon Dixon Forestry Education Center, co-founder and former president of the Longleaf Alliance, and current board member of the Solon and Martha Dixon Foundation as part of the School of Forestry and Wildlife Sciences’ 75th Anniversary Celebration.

Johnson is the fourth speaker in the virtual “7 for 75 Speaker Series” as part of the school’s yearlong celebration, which began March 1. During his talk, Johnson will discuss his tenure at the Solon Dixon Forestry Education Center as well as his history and relationship with the Dixon family. The talk is open to the public via Zoom and will be live-streamed via Facebook.
